  106. There is a choice of delivery methods: Surface (UPS Ground) or air.
  107. Additionally, we will use First Class U.S. Mail for deliveries to
  108. all APOs, FPOs, and PO Boxes. Your shipping charge is based on
  109. the table below. On mail orders please remember to indicate which
  110. shipping method you prefer, or we will assume you prefer surface
  111. delivery which can take from 5-7 working days for coast-to-coast
  112. shipments.

  127. INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
  128. The standard shipping method for international orders is air
  129. express via TNT Skypak.  Please allow 24-48 hours for your order
  130. to clear customs. Companies or groups using the services of a
  131. customs broker should provide the broker's name and telephone
  132. number with the order. Large orders may qualify for "deferred"
  133. air service at substantially lower rates. Total time from de-
  134. parture through customs is 5-7 working days. International terms
  135. of sale are FOB, ship point Fremont, California, USA.  All appli-
  136. cable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  192. APDA accepts returns at any time, for any reason.  Please ref-
  193. erence the back of your packing slip for details.  You will need
  194. to include the packing slip with the returned merchandise.
  195. At your option, we will gladly replace your shipment at no charge
  196. or issue a refund against your original payment method.

  198. UPGRADES
  199. Upgrade policies vary from product to product.  While the pur-
  200. chase of some products guarantees an upgrade to the next version,
  201. the purchase of others might not have that same guarantee.

  203. PURCHASE PROTECTION
  204. To protect your investment in development tools, we offer
  205. 30-day purchase protection for all Apple-labeled products.  If
  206. within 30 days of the date you purchase a product, we begin
  207. taking orders for a new version of that product, you will auto-
  208. matically receive the update version at no additional charge.
